Staff Early Bird Rate & Dependant Eligibility
Employees of Sarawak Energy Berhad ("Staff") and their registered dependants are entitled to enjoy the Early Bird registration rate throughout the entire registration period, subject to full compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
All Terms & Conditions of the Sarawak Energy Marathon 2026 shall apply equally and in full to Staff and their registered dependants, unless expressly stated otherwise herein.
Each Staff may register up to a maximum of eight (8) person, including Staff + seven (7) dependents to enjoy the special registration rate.
It shall be the sole responsibility of the Staff to ensure that all dependants registered under the special rate are duly registered in the Sarawak Energy People System (SEPS) at the time of registration.
Where any registered dependant or family member is subsequently found not to be registered in SEPS, such registration shall be deemed invalid and void. Any registration fees paid shall be non-refundable and donated to a charity determined by the Organiser.
Dependants and family members registered under the special registration rate shall not be eligible to participate in the Staff Category, which is reserved exclusively for Staff.
The special registration rate extended to dependants is a discretionary staff benefit provided by the Company to encourage family participation and healthy living, and does not create any contractual, employment, or entitlement rights beyond this event.
